• On the product page, select size / color / name & number printing.

• Click “Add to Cart”.

2. Order Placement

• Open your cart and confirm selected items and quantity.

• Click “Checkout”.

• Fill in your shipping address, phone number, and email.

• Review and submit your order.

3. Payment Methods

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Stripe, UnionPay.

• After payment, a confirmation email will be sent automatically.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days.

• Shipping partners: DHL, UPS, FedEx, EMS.

• Worldwide delivery, average arrival time: 7-15 business days.

5. Order Tracking

• After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

• You can check the shipping status on the Order Tracking page.

6. After-sales & Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days if there are quality issues.

• Customized jerseys (e.g., printed names/numbers) are non-refundable.
